Welcome to KnotVillage.com, a platform dedicated to wedding planning and connecting professionals with engaged couples. These Terms of Use govern the registration and use of the site by professionals (hereinafter “the Pro” or “the User”).

Registration is free and open to any professional in the wedding industry.

To ensure the quality of our directory, we conduct a monthly review of all profiles. Each month, you will receive an email asking you to confirm or update your information.

If you fail to respond after several reminders, your profile may be suspended.

Once registered, the professional receives a free profile that allows them to:

• • Be listed in the professional directory;

  • Showcase their services, contact information, and visuals;

  • Offer promotional codes to engaged couples.

All use of the site must comply with genuine, wedding-related professional activity. If these conditions are not respected, the team reserves the right to suspend or delete an account.

The professional may offer customized promo codes to engaged couples. In return, a commission is payable to guidedumariage.re according to the following scale:

• €0 to €800 : 5%

• €801 to €1,500 : 4%

• Above €1,500 : 3%

The Pro agrees to honestly report all services booked through these codes.

Every Monday, you will receive a payment link to settle any commissions owed. If payment is not made within 48 hours, your account may be temporarily suspended until the balance is cleared. In cases of repeated non-payment, the account may be permanently deleted.

Inclusion in the downloadable PDF materials for engaged couples (guides, checklists, tools, etc.) is a paid option. To secure an advertising spot or promote your offers in these materials, please contact the KnotVillage.com team directly.

Use of the platform in its standard form (creating a profile, appearing in the directory) is completely free.

Only commissions on promo codes and paid options such as advertising in downloadable PDF materials are billed.

By registering on Knotvillage.com, the professional fully accepts these Terms of Use. These terms may be modified at any time; in the event of any significant update, a notification will be sent by email.
